Grass Seed Hot & Dry blend is a mixture of 3 different types of fescue.
This seed will leave you with a lawn that is hard wearing with a good drought tolerance due to its deep rooting (require little to no watering over the summer months) and is slower to establish than some of the other grasses. This grass requires an average mowing frequency and has a fine/average texture.
